GHOST KITCHEN BRAND PICKER · RUNS IN YOUR BROWSER · NOTHING UPLOADED

I could run more virtual brands than my kitchen can handle. Which do I keep?

Enter the kitchen hours a week you have for delivery orders and each brand's orders, order value, food cost, delivery-app fees, packaging, prep time and own monthly cost. The tool finds the set of brands that earns the most inside those hours, shows each one's profit per order, per kitchen hour and break-even orders, compares the exact answer with the rules of thumb, says what more kitchen hours would be worth, and tests the answer against orders 30% lower and higher.

Arithmetic on figures you type. Brands do not take sales from each other here, and labour is charged at the hourly rate you enter. The example figures are placeholders, not any real brand's numbers.

Questions ghost kitchen operators ask

Can I run more virtual brands out of one kitchen?

Often, but each brand adds prep hours, packaging and its own costs. Past the hours your line can actually staff, extra brands slow every ticket and hurt ratings on all of them. This tool finds the set of brands that earns the most inside the kitchen hours you really have.

How is a brand's profit worked out here?

Per order: order value less food cost, less platform fees and promotions, less packaging, less the kitchen labour to make it. Multiply by orders a month, then subtract the brand's own monthly cost. Brands that lose money are never picked.

Why not just rank brands by profit?

Profit per kitchen hour, biggest profit and best margin each miss some combinations. When the hours are tight, a brand that looks best can crowd out two others that earn more together. The tool tries every set of up to 14 brands and shows how far each rule falls short.

What are break-even orders?

The weekly orders at which a brand covers its own monthly cost after food, fees, packaging and labour. Below it, the brand loses money no matter how busy the kitchen feels.

Is this business or financial advice?

No. It is arithmetic on the figures you type. It does not model brands taking sales from each other, ratings, delivery-app rule changes or ramp-up time.

Not decided

Whether brands cannibalise each other, ratings and ranking on the apps, ramp-up time for a new listing, shared ingredients that lower food cost across brands, equipment bottlenecks beyond total hours, delivery-app rule and fee changes, tax, and seasonality. Every brand is treated as independent and every hour as interchangeable.
