Know which grant report needs attention next.

A private deadline tracker for small nonprofits managing several awards in spreadsheets. Add your own award dates and reporting intervals, then get a review queue you can export.

After using this, you can now see upcoming and overdue grant reporting work with the remaining restricted balance, which used to take a hand-maintained spreadsheet. See how the review queue is sorted with a worked example, how this compares to GrantHub if you are weighing a paid grant-management subscription, or how it compares to tracking grants in a spreadsheet if you already keep one.

Also tracking pending applications alongside awarded grants, or weighing a grant writer against cash a late report puts at risk? The grant deadline tracker keeps those deadlines next to award balances — nothing uploaded.

Awards are saved only in this browser so your review queue is still here next time.

No awards yet. Add the first one above, or load sample grants to see how the queue reads.

Grant information stays on this device. Nothing is uploaded. Usage counts contain only feature names and are never sent anywhere.

Common questions

How is the next report date calculated?

Award date plus the reporting interval you entered, in months, unless a report has been filed — then it is the last filed date plus the interval instead, so a multi-year award keeps rolling forward rather than staying pinned to its first-ever due date. Set that anchor either by filling in Last report filed when you add the award, or by pressing Filed today on its row in the queue once you have actually sent the report. A 31 January anchor reporting every month lands on 28 February rather than rolling into March, so the interval stays consistent even when it crosses a shorter month.

When does a report count as "Due soon" versus "Overdue"?

Due soon means the next report date is within 30 days of today. Overdue means that date has already passed. Anything further out shows On track. The comparison uses your own device's local date, not a server's clock.

What is the restricted balance?

Award amount minus what you have recorded as spent. It is arithmetic on the two numbers you entered, not a determination of what a funder will allow as an eligible expense.

Do the sample grants use real award data?

No. "Load sample grants" generates three placeholder awards timed relative to today's date so you can see one overdue, one due soon, and one on-track row before entering your own awards. Nothing about them is fetched or saved anywhere.

Is this a substitute for my grant agreement's reporting requirements?

No. The queue is a planning aid built from dates and amounts you supply. It does not read your award agreement, determine allowable costs, or confirm a funder's actual deadline — check the agreement and your grant professional for that.

Where is my grant data stored?

In this browser's local storage only. Nothing is uploaded to a server, and closing the tab does not lose your awards — they are still there next time you open the page on the same device and browser.
