Questions lash artists ask
What does a lash set really earn per hour?
Take what the client pays, subtract card fees and the lashes, glue and disposables, then divide by every minute of chair time including consult and clean-up, and subtract your rent and overhead spread over the hours you actually book. A $180 full set that looks like $90 an hour on the menu is often well under half of that in your pocket.
Are fills or full sets more profitable?
Enter both. Fills use less time and fewer supplies but charge less, and a full set is a client who comes back for fills. The tool ranks services by take-home per chair hour and shows the lifetime value of a client at the number of visits you expect, which is the figure that decides how hard to discount a first set.
How should I price a lash service?
Start from the take-home per hour you want. The tool shows the price that reaches it after supplies, card fees, no-shows and studio costs, and the number of bookings a month that cover your rent before you earn anything.
How much do no-shows cost a lash artist?
A no-show leaves an empty slot that cannot be resold and, without a deposit, earns nothing. Enter the chance and the deposit you keep; the tool cuts the expected revenue accordingly while still counting the blocked hours.
Is this tax or business advice?
No. It is arithmetic on figures you type. Tax, licensing, insurance and what your state requires of a lash artist vary; check with a qualified professional.

Tax, licensing and insurance, tips, retail sales, product discounts and promotions, refills you give away, client acquisition cost, how fast fills actually book, and the value of a full calendar versus a quiet one. Every appointment of a service is treated as identical, and a no-show is assumed to be unrecoverable.
