SALES CADENCE BUILDER · RUNS IN YOUR BROWSER · NOTHING UPLOADED OR SENT
A prospecting cadence for every lead on your list, checked before you send
Paste the prospect list you already have and describe what you sell in a few lines. You get a dated plan of emails, calls with a voicemail script, LinkedIn connection notes and mailed letters on business days, every call placed inside the prospect's own business hours, a draft for every touch, and a CSV task list and calendar file for your CRM or calendar.
Before anything is planned, each prospect is checked against your suppression list, your do-not-contact column and duplicates, and email is held back where Canadian, EU or UK rules want consent first. Every email carries your postal address and an opt-out. Want the method? Read the B2B sales cadence template.
1. You and your offer
Without a real result, the "proof" email becomes a polite ask for the right person instead. The tool never invents a customer or a number.

Touches by day
Call windows are in your time zone and keep to 9:00–17:00 in the prospect's. Each draft is yours to read and edit before you send it from your own mailbox, phone or post.
Optional: personalise emails with AI, on your own key
Off by default. With a key, the "Personalise with AI" button on an email sends only that prospect's name, title, company and trigger, your offer fields and the draft, straight from this browser to the provider you pick, never to us. The model draft must pass the same checks, and may not state any number that is not in your own inputs; otherwise the template draft is kept and you are told. Your address and opt-out line are always added by the tool, not the model. The key is kept only in this browser if you tick the box.
To keep everything on your own computer, run a model locally with Ollama, LM Studio or llama.cpp and pick it below: no key, no cost per use. The local server must allow this page: start Ollama with OLLAMA_ORIGINS=https://duncan-haywood.github.io.
Questions
What is a sales cadence?
A sales cadence is the planned order of touches you make with one prospect: which day you email, call, connect on LinkedIn or send a letter, and what each touch says. A typical B2B cadence is six to ten touches over two to four weeks, mixing channels, and ending with a short note that says you will stop.
Does this tool send emails or make calls for me?
No. It plans and drafts; you send. You get a dated task list, a calendar file and a draft for every touch, and you send each email from your own mailbox, place each call yourself and post each letter. That keeps you in control of every message and inside the sending rules of your email provider and LinkedIn.
When is it legal to make a sales call?
In the United States the federal TCPA rule allows telephone solicitation between 8am and 9pm in the called person's local time, and some states, such as Florida, Oklahoma and Maryland, narrow that to 8am to 8pm. This tool schedules calls only between 9am and 5pm in the prospect's own time zone, shown in yours, and uses the overlap for a state that spans two time zones. Consumer numbers must also be checked against the Do Not Call registry.
Why did it drop the emails for some prospects?
Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) needs express or implied consent before commercial email, several EU countries such as Germany require consent even for business email, and in the UK a personal address counts as an individual who must opt in. Without a consent value in your list those prospects keep their calls, letters and LinkedIn note but no email. Add the basis in a consent column and run it again.
What does every cold email need?
Under CAN-SPAM a commercial email needs an honest subject line, a sender you can identify, your valid postal address and a clear way to opt out that you honour. The tool appends your name, address and an opt-out line to every email and blocks a draft whose subject pretends to be a reply.
Is Sales Cadence Builder free?
Yes. There is no signup, no limit and no seat price. It runs in your browser, so your prospect list is never uploaded, and it is MIT-licensed open source you can host yourself or run from the command line.
