Rows with several providers are ties. A search is one query request. Indexing operations are not priced, and flat-cluster plans only fit while your index fits the cluster's memory.

Common questions
Does this read my search account?
No. It uses only the record count and monthly searches you type and rate cards you can edit. It cannot see your indexes, record sizes, replicas or invoice. Treat every figure as a way to compare options, never as what you will be charged.
Where do the prices come from?
They are approximate public list prices as best known in 2025, shown with an as-of line, and every number is editable. Providers change packaging often and the overage rates here are rough, so check each pricing page before deciding. Flat-cluster engines (Typesense Cloud, Elastic Cloud) are modelled as a flat fee with a record allowance, and self-hosting adds about two hours a month of your own time at $75 as an editable assumption.
What is not included?
Record size limits, indexing operations and re-index costs, replicas, regions, support plans, committed-use discounts, relevance features such as vector or AI search that are priced separately, and each provider's fair-use terms. A cluster that is too small for your index will not hold it, however cheap it looks here. Use this to compare the records and searches lines, not to forecast the whole invoice.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. The page calculates in your browser and sends nothing. The CLI reads local files and makes no network call.
