This tool vs. Vendoo

Two different jobs in the same reseller's workflow. Vendoo cross-posts one listing to every marketplace you connect it to. This page decides which marketplace is worth listing on in the first place — free, in your browser, before anything gets posted anywhere.

What each product is for

Vendoo is a paid subscription cross-listing app for resellers. You create one listing — photos, description, price — and it posts that same listing across the marketplaces you connect: eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, and others. Its features are built around listing speed and reach at volume: bulk creation and editing, AI-generated descriptions, unlimited templates, per-marketplace price markups, and automation like sale detection and auto-delist so a sold item does not stay listed (and returnable) elsewhere. It is built for a reseller who has already decided an item is going up everywhere and wants that to take seconds instead of an hour of retyping.

This page does none of that. It creates nothing, posts nothing, and connects to no marketplace account. It takes one item you are still deciding about — price, cost, expected volume, expected days to sell, return rate — and ranks the net profit eBay, Etsy, Amazon, your own store and a direct sale would each leave you, both per sale and per day of waiting. Its subject matter is the decision that comes before a listing exists: is this even worth posting everywhere, or does one or two channels clearly win and the rest just cost renewal fees and shelf time for nothing back.

What you want to knowWhere to answer it
I have decided to list this everywhere — how do I get it posted to five marketplaces without retyping it five times?Vendoo or a comparable cross-listing app — that is the job it is built for.
I am holding one item and have not listed it anywhere yet. Which channel actually nets me the most? This tool — type it once, see every channel ranked by profit, free and instantly.
An item sold on one marketplace — can it be pulled from the others automatically?Vendoo — auto-delist is one of its features; this page has no connection to any marketplace to do that.
Is it worth listing this on all five channels, or would three of them just tie up cash and pay renewal fees for nothing? This tool — it ranks channels on expected keep after returns and value per month of shelf, so a channel not worth listing on shows up as one.
At what price does this item break even on each channel? This tool — it prints a per-channel break-even price from the cost you typed.
Do I have to connect a marketplace account, or pay a subscription, to use it?This tool: no, and never will. Vendoo connects to your marketplace accounts by design, because posting a listing is the job it does.

A reseller can reasonably use both, in sequence: this page to decide where an item is worth listing, then Vendoo (or another cross-lister, or listing by hand) to actually get it posted there. They are not competing answers to one question. This page makes no claim about Vendoo's accuracy, features, or current terms, and does not evaluate it — it describes only the shape of the product, as Vendoo describes it publicly, and states what this tool does differently.

No account and no sign-in: this is a static page, the arithmetic runs in your browser, and once it has loaded it keeps working with the connection off.

What this tool cannot tell you

Worth being blunt about, because it is the honest half of the comparison above. This page never touches a real marketplace account, so it cannot do what Vendoo does:

Those limits are the reason the comparison above is a comparison of shapes rather than a claim that one product replaces the other.

Common questions

Should I use this tool or Vendoo?

They answer different questions, and most resellers who use one eventually want the other. Vendoo is a paid subscription that helps you create a listing once and cross-post it to every marketplace you connect — eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop and more — with bulk tools, AI-written descriptions, photo editing, and automatic delisting when an item sells somewhere else. It assumes you have already decided to list an item everywhere and answers "how do I do that fast". This page assumes nothing has been listed yet and answers "which of eBay, Etsy, Amazon, my own store or a direct sale would actually net me the most on this specific item", ranked by profit after fees and returns, and by profit per day once you count how long each channel takes to sell. It has no account, connects to no marketplace, and posts nothing anywhere.

Can this page replace Vendoo?

No, and it is not trying to. This page never creates or posts a listing. It takes the price, cost and fee assumptions you type and ranks the arithmetic across channels — it cannot photograph your item, write a description, or push a listing live anywhere, which is the job Vendoo is built for. Once this page has told you which one or two channels are worth listing on, Vendoo (or listing by hand) is how the item actually gets posted.

Does Vendoo tell me which marketplace is most profitable?

Not as its primary job. Vendoo's own description centers on listing speed and reach — crossposting to more places faster, with automation like sale detection and auto-delist once an item sells elsewhere — rather than modelling each marketplace's fee structure, return rate, and sell-through against your item's cost and price to rank net profit. This page does only that one calculation, and does not create, edit, or post a listing anywhere.

Is this page affiliated with Vendoo?

No. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vendoo. Vendoo is a trademark of its owner, named here only to describe what this tool is and is not, based on Vendoo's own public description of its product.
