YOUTUBE REVENUE AND RPM ANALYZER · RUNS IN YOUR BROWSER · NOTHING UPLOADED

Which of your videos actually pay?

Drop in a YouTube Studio analytics export and see revenue per thousand views for every video, how much of your income rides on a few videos, which videos pay under half your median, which pay well but get little traffic, and RPM by video length, without giving another app access to your channel.

The file is read in this browser tab and never leaves your device. Independent of YouTube and Google: not affiliated with or endorsed by either.

Common questions

How do I find which of my YouTube videos earn the most per view?

In YouTube Studio open Analytics, go to the Revenue tab (or Advanced mode), pick the Videos table, and use Export current view as comma-separated values. Drop that file here. The tool divides revenue by views for every video, ranks them by RPM, and shows which ones pay far under or over your median. The file is read in your browser and never uploaded.

What is RPM and how is it different from CPM?

RPM is what you earn per thousand views after YouTube's share, so it is revenue divided by views times 1,000. CPM is what advertisers pay per thousand ad impressions before that share, and only some views show an ad. This tool computes RPM from the revenue and views in your own file and does not assume a rate.

Why do two videos with the same views earn very different amounts?

Common reasons are the audience's countries, the topic advertisers bid on, video length and ad formats, whether ads are turned on, and claims or limited-ads status. The tool shows the numbers by video, country or format so you can see which factor is large in your file. It cannot tell you the cause from the file alone.

What does the RPM gap number mean?

It is what the below-half-median videos would have earned if their views had paid the median RPM. It is a ceiling used to size the problem, not a forecast, because much of a low RPM comes from things you cannot change.

Is this financial advice, and is it connected to YouTube?

No to both. It applies arithmetic to the file you provide. It is independent of YouTube, Google and every other platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
