Your crew hourly wage and target net margin are the same on every job you bid. Save them once and every trade bid calculator here opens with your numbers instead of a stranger’s ballpark.
This tool has no separate payroll-burden field and prices PPE, supplies, equipment and disposal as their own line items rather than a percentage of direct cost, so your saved burden and overhead rates are left alone here.
Kept in this browser only, on this site’s own storage. Nothing is uploaded, and clearing your browser data clears it. Forgetting them leaves the numbers already on this bid alone.
Keep this bid so it is still here when the customer calls back. Every number on this form is saved together, under a name you choose, along with the figure it gave you, and restoring one puts the whole job back exactly as you priced it. Mark each one won or lost when you hear — the ones you have not heard back on stay listed as waiting, with how long they have been out. Once a few have come back, this panel says how long yours actually take, and how many are still out past that. Once enough of them have been decided, it also says whether the bids you save here have been landing differently lately than they used to.

FOR BIOHAZARD / TRAUMA-SCENE REMEDIATION TECHNICIANS
"Day rate plus a hazmat fee" isn't a quote. It's a guess.
Two costs quietly move a biohazard cleanup job past a flat day-rate-plus-hazmat-fee guess: PPE that has to be replaced every time a technician re-enters the scene, and regulated-waste disposal that your hauler bills per container, not per pound. This free calculator prices one job from crew labor, PPE decon cycles, container-rounded disposal, supplies, equipment, and travel, applies your target margin with a minimum-job floor, and lets you check a price you're already quoting against the real direct cost.
Covers direct cost at your target margin, floored at your minimum job fee

Profit at this price
Margin-based price was below your minimum job fee — quoted at the minimum instead.
This is a planning number from what you typed, not an audited invoice. It does not add sales tax, an insurance-billing adjustment, or a manifest fee unless you fold those into supplies or equipment yourself.
Hand the customer a proposal
The price above is for you. This is the page you print or save as a PDF and give to the customer — your details, their details, the scope, the deposit split, and a line for them to sign. Your business details are saved on this device so you only type them once; the customer’s details are never saved.
Everything on the printed page is text you typed or a number this calculator worked out. It contains no warranty, lien, or cancellation wording — those depend on your jurisdiction and your contract, and this tool is not the place to invent them.

Everything on this page runs in your browser. Your crew rates, waste estimates, and quotes are never uploaded, there is no account, and nothing is saved when you close the tab unless you choose to save it. We count only anonymous local feature events (bid-calculated, price-checked) so we can tell whether the calculator gets used — no rates or quotes are recorded, and Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control turn it off automatically.
The Save button writes your scenario to this browser's own local storage on this device only, and Forget deletes it. Copy shareable link puts the same numbers in the page's URL fragment instead of a server — nothing about your scenario leaves your device either way, but whoever holds the link can read it.
Common questions
Why does PPE cost scale with decon cycles instead of just one set per technician?
Because a technician who leaves the contaminated area — for a break, to run equipment out, or across a shift change — has to doff the PPE they were wearing before re-entering. Used PPE cannot be re-donned, so re-entry needs a fresh set. A count that assumes one set per technician undercounts every job with more than one decon cycle per tech.
Why is disposal billed per container instead of per pound?
Because that is how a licensed regulated-waste hauler actually invoices: a per-container pickup charge, not a per-pound rate. A container that is 10% full costs the same as one that is completely full, up to its rated capacity. This calculator rounds your waste estimate up to the next whole container before pricing it, the way your hauler's invoice will, instead of multiplying pounds by a linear per-pound rate that undercounts whenever a container isn't full.
What does the minimum job fee do?
It floors the quoted price at your company's stated minimum. A very small scope — one room, a short on-site window, little waste — can price below a sensible minimum on cost-plus-margin arithmetic alone, even though the job still needs a full truck roll, a hauler pickup, and travel regardless of size.
Does anything I type get uploaded?
No. Every field on this page runs in your browser only. Nothing is sent to a server, there is no account, and nothing you type is saved anywhere unless you choose to save it. Usage counting only tallies anonymous feature events, and you can turn it off with the button above. The Save button writes your scenario to this browser's own local storage on this device only, and Forget deletes it. Copy shareable link puts the same numbers in the page's URL fragment instead of a server — nothing about your scenario leaves your device either way, but whoever holds the link can read it.
