A reply is any move to screen, interview, offer or rejection. Small samples are noisy: this is a hint about where to spend effort, not a measure of your worth or of any employer.
Common questions
Where is my job search data stored?
Only in your browser's local storage on this device. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. Because of that, clearing site data deletes it, so use Export CSV regularly to keep a copy.
When should I follow up on a job application?
A common rule of thumb is about a week after applying and a few days after an interview. The tracker defaults to those gaps and lets you set any date you prefer; they are conventions, not guarantees about any employer. More in when to follow up on a job application.
Can I move my spreadsheet into it?
Yes. Import a CSV with columns named company, role, source, link, salary, status, applied (YYYY-MM-DD), followUp and notes; column order does not matter and unrecognised columns are ignored. See how this compares to a spreadsheet.
How do I get reminders?
Download the calendar file (.ics) and open it in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. It contains an all-day event for each pending follow-up. The page itself does not send notifications. Also check your resume's format with the ATS resume checker.
