1. Your royalty report
Columns looked for, under several spellings each: Royalty and/or KENP read, plus Title, Royalty Date, Marketplace, Royalty Type, Transaction Type, Units Sold, Units Refunded, Net Units Sold, Avg. Offer Price, Avg. Delivery/Manufacturing Cost and Currency. These are assumed names, not Amazon's documented ones. Save an Excel report as CSV first.
2. Rates, ads and price range (all optional)
Amounts are in the currency chosen above. Nothing is converted.
The price range is used only to flag 35% sales that might qualify for 70%. It is a starting value you should check against Amazon's current rules for that store.

The model, and what it leaves out
- Royalty is summed as the file states it. Refund rows are negative, so it is net of refunds. Delivery and printing costs are already taken out by Amazon and are shown only to see how big they are.
- Reconciles. The per-title, per-marketplace and per-option rows each add up to the total at the top (for the chosen currency).
- Units: sold, refunded (from a refunded-units column or refund rows) and net; free or promotional rows carry no royalty and are counted apart.
- Kindle Unlimited pages are valued only at the rate you type; the file gives pages, not money.
- 70% price band: an estimate of 70% of the offer price less the row's own delivery cost, for 35% sales priced in the range you set. Eligibility and rules are Amazon's.
- Ads: your spend for the range is subtracted from royalty plus page-read value; the report does not contain ad data.
- Not modelled: taxes and withholding, exchange rates, cover, editing and other production costs, read-through between books, payment timing, and anything not in the file.
Common questions
Can I see my KDP royalties per book and per store in one place?
Yes. Drop in the royalty report CSV you download from KDP Reports (or paste it) and the tool sums net royalty per title, per royalty option and per marketplace, with units sold, units refunded and royalty per unit. It is read in your browser and never uploaded.
How do I value Kindle Unlimited page reads?
The report lists pages read (KENP), not the money. Type the per-page rate from your KDP payments page and the tool adds pages times that rate to each title. Amazon sets the real rate each month, so the figure is only as good as the rate you enter; without a rate the pages are shown and left out of the totals.
Does it mix currencies?
No. Dollars, pounds and other currencies are never converted or added together. The tool analyzes one currency at a time, defaults to the one with the most royalty, and lists the others so you can switch.
What does the 70% price-band check do?
It finds sales paid at the 35% royalty option whose offer price falls inside a range you can edit (defaulting to 2.99–9.99) and estimates what 70% less the file's own delivery cost would have paid. Whether a title is eligible for 70% in a given store is Amazon's rule and changes, so this is an estimate to prompt you to check the title's pricing page, not a promise.
Does it work with an Excel report?
Save the sheet as CSV first. Column names are matched by alias, and the layout is based on the known KDP royalty report columns rather than tested against every account, so if something is not read the page names the skipped lines and why.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read in your browser tab and never leaves your device. There are no accounts, and the only counters are anonymous feature events kept in local storage on your device, which you can turn off.
Is this tax or financial advice?
No. It applies arithmetic to your report and the figures you type. It is independent of Amazon and not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon or Kindle Direct Publishing.
